What's your shipping and return policy?

We’re excited to offer FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $85! For orders under $85, a standard shipping fee will apply.

Because each of our crystal products is one-of-a-kind and we believe crystals carry their own energy, choosing their rightful owners, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges—thank you for your understanding! We encourage you to take your time selecting the perfect piece before checking out.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, don’t worry—just reach out to us right away, and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship internationally! Just send us your address details, and we’ll provide you with the exact shipping cost for your location.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your items and your shipping location. We always aim to keep shipping charges as affordable as possible, but please note that they are determined by our shipping carriers. Thank you for understanding!

When will you ship my order?

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Before shipping, all items are cleansed in our Sacred Blessing area to ensure they arrive to you with the highest positive healing vibrations. Once your item ships, we will notify you via email. Please note that during busy seasons, processing an order can take 5-7 business days.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Customers typically receive their orders within 1-3 weeks, however, this timeframe may vary for international customers. Pre-ordered items will be shipped 3-4 weeks after purchase.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

To ensure that your items are shipped as quickly as possible, some items may arrive separately.

I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.

Please allow our carriers 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update your tracking info.

Can I update my shipping address?

Please check your address on your confirmation email, which you should have received after your purchase. If there is a mistake with your address, please contact us at hello@serenestone.ca as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has left our warehouse, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. In that case, please contact the carrier (once the tracking is updated) to intercept the package and provide the new address to them directly.
Failure to provide a correct shipping address may result in delayed or misdelivered packages. In such cases, our company is not liable for any losses or damages incurred.
